Cooking & Nutrition Classes

We offer free cooking classes in our Teaching Kitchen in Dorchester.

Targeted to individuals in the community looking to learn more about how to create healthy meals for themselves and their families, these classes are administered by professional chefs and/or nutritionists.

In addition to cooking classes, Daily Table also offers programs focused on creating a healthier pantry, meal planning, shopping on a budget and healthy ways to add flavor.

We generally offer classes on weekdays on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays, starting promptly at either 9:45 am or at 4:45 pm. Classes generally last 1.5 hours.


Individuals:

Adults (65+), Adults (19+), Family (Parent/Guardian + 1 young person), and Special Workshops.

Groups:

Youth Groups (schools, youth programs), Organizations (Health, elderly, youth sports, and/or community support groups).

*Scheduling is done on an ad hoc basis
