Banana Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups strawberries, frozen

  • 2 ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch chunks

  • 1/4-1/2 Cup milk (almond, soy, or oat)

  • 1-2 Tbsp. honey or agave nectar (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all banana strawberry smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender

  • Blend ingredients for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Add additional milk as needed or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips

  • Add extra nutrients. Make this smoothie even healthier by adding spinach, protein powder, oats, and even more fruit.
