Banana Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
2 Cups strawberries, frozen
2 ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch chunks
1/4-1/2 Cup milk (almond, soy, or oat)
1-2 Tbsp. honey or agave nectar (optional)
Instructions
Add all banana strawberry smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender
Blend ingredients for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Add additional milk as needed or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips
Add extra nutrients. Make this smoothie even healthier by adding spinach, protein powder, oats, and even more fruit.
