What do we do?
Dignity
We provide a welcoming, inviting shopping experience that promotes agency. We encourage people to eat well with the power of their own dollars through a dignified retail exchange.
Accessibility
We are there when our customers need us: our stores are located near public transit and open seven days a week.
Affordability
We remove the economic barrier to eating well by offering nutritious foods priced for any budget. All of our food is SNAP-eligible and we provide half off on fresh fruits and vegetables with EBT.
Community Investment
We hire residents from the communities we serve and pay the Living Wage, as it is calculated by each of our communities, keeping dollars circulating locally.
Nutrition
We only sell food with healthy sodium and sugar levels, including "grab 'n go" meals priced to compete with fast food and are 100% SNAP eligible.
Partnerships
We work with local community organizations to spread the word about Daily Table and support better diets.
Our Innovative Solution
How we do it
Our stakeholders, including our customers, donors, and vendors, all help contribute to our mission of bringing nutritious food to communities most in need at prices everyone can afford.
Our Customers
Thanks to our customers, we are able to cover 70% of our costs through earned income generated by our stores!
Our Donors
Our donors provide funding to help cover operating expenses, new and existing store growth and development, and G&A.
Our Vendors
Our vendors provide discounts and donations to drive down our costs; we then pass those savings on to our customers.
